Hi, I'm Michael Primiano.
I was born and raised in Staten Island, New York, and spent more than 20 years working as a professional chef. The restaurant business taught me a lot about people—how to listen, how to solve problems, how to stay calm when things get stressful, and how to make sure people feel taken care of. Those are lessons I carry with me every day in real estate.
My history with Arizona goes back to the 1990s, when I first moved here and built a home and a family. Life eventually brought me back to New York to be closer to loved ones, but Arizona always felt like home. In 2017, my wife and I packed up and made the move back, and I've been grateful for that decision ever since.
These days, our daughters are grown and out making their own way in the world, but family is still what matters most to me. Home is my wife, our dogs and cats, good food, old stories, and the people we care about.
After many years in the restaurant industry I decided it was time to take a different path and focus on helping others find their place here in Arizona. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property filled with memories, looking for a rental, or relocating from out of state, I understand that a move is about more than real estate—it's about the next chapter of your life.
I'm not a flashy salesman. I'm just a regular guy who genuinely enjoys meeting people, helping them navigate big decisions, and sharing everything I love about Arizona. If you're thinking about making a move, I'd be honored to help make it just peachy.
